Enginaire clean air systems

Since 1972, Enginaire Clean Air Systems of Janesville, WI, has been manufacturing and designing air intake systems for diesel and gas engines powering mobile and stationary equipment that operate in extreme conditions. They have been the leader in highly efficient plastic and metal air pre-cleaners holding numerous patents. Building on that, Enginaire has developed many lines of standard, heavy-duty, and custom air cleaners, adapters, intake accessories, and are pioneering development of product in operator cab pressurization and filtration products. They have teamed with us to bring you quality twist-lock air cleaners, pre-cleaners, and cleaner/pre-cleaner integrated systems.

We are proud to introduce our innovative Magna Seal Twist Lock Air Cleaner Series. These tangential filter housings offer a compact design with innovative ease of servicing features. Filters are removed with a low-profile Twist Lock cap held together internally with six stout locking pins, eliminating the external plastic or wire latches or clips. Simply pull the lever, lift and twist to remove the cap. The canisters can be installed in much tighter areas given the new locking mechanism and less room needed for accessing the clamps/clips. We have heard stories forever of plastic air cleaners in the field with weak locking mechanisms and caps that do not stay on. Our twist lock canisters have proven themselves to be the strongest cap available!

Air pre-cleaners are designed to attach directly to the air cleaner, usually in place of the rain cap and  eliminate up to 95% of dirt in the air intake before it even enters the air cleaner itself. The heavy-duty composite pre cleaners have an airflow range from 3-850 CFM and the aluminum & stainless steal from 3-2000 CFM, which can be manifolded for higher CFM requirements. They have specially-formulated glass-filled composite material (lighter weight but very high strength) and can be mounted in any position vertical, horizontal, even upside down. Coming in a wide range of sizes to fit most air cleaner inlets. The benefits to these include extending air filter life up to 10 times, reducing operating costs and maintenance time, improving fuel efficiency, reducing emissions, and extending engine life.

The 360 degree axial flow integrated intake air pre-cleaner and housing offers lower restriction than standard air cleaner designs while adding the benefits of the industry proven Enginaire dynamic pre-cleaner with very low restriction. The pre-cleaner removes up to 97% of airborne contaminant, keeping the air filter cleaner for a longer period of time. This also means horsepower stays higher and emissions remain lower for longer. Benefits include reducing operating costs, increasing filter life, improving fuel efficiency, reducing emissions, and increasing engine life.
